If you are normally 7/16(11mm) sizing down to 00g should work perfectly for you in the saddle style!
Please note that the charm size stays the same for all sizes.
The saddles can fit a bit larger than standard tunnels due to the nature of their design, so if you don’t have a ton a wiggle room in your lobes I would recommend sizing down.
